Payroll that paysthe hours actually worked.
P-AI-roll reads the work evidence your team already produces, the time tracker, your platform, the apps they live in, and turns it into paid 15-minute blocks. Workers file corrections instead of approving timesheets. An AI reviews every change. The week closes itself on Monday.
From evidence to money in five steps. Four of them run without you.
Evidence
Tracker minutes, platform calls and app sessions are read every hour from the tools your team already uses.
Blocks
Every 15 minutes with evidence becomes a paid block. A single idle block between two worked ones is a paid break.
Corrections
Workers see their own blocks and file add, remove, break or lunch claims with a link or screenshot, until the Monday deadline.
Review
Each correction gets math checks and a model verdict: risk, score, a one-paragraph summary. Flagged ones sort first.
Close and pay
Monday morning the week closes with holiday, leave and PTO applied, invoices are cut and one Wise batch goes out.
What a worker sees. What you approve.
This is a real shape of a day for an outbound rep in St. Lucia. Nobody typed a timesheet. The engine assembled it from the tracker and your platform, inferred one paid break, and left the lunch hour unpaid.
Your platform shows two outbound calls at 15:34 and 15:49 totalling 19 minutes. Tracker minutes stop at 15:28 and resume at 16:02, consistent with a client crash. The claim covers exactly the two blocks with call evidence and no block already paid. Recommend approve.
Everything between the time tracker and the money.
Evidence-based hours
A block pays when the tracker shows five minutes in it, a call lands in it, or a training session runs through it. Calendar meetings and Slack presence are shown but never auto-paid. One click to claim them.
Corrections, not approvals
Workers do not approve hours. They file 15-minute claims with evidence until noon ET Monday, then mark the week complete. Unfiled weeks close themselves. Nothing is paid twice.
AI review of every claim
Math checks plus a model verdict on each correction: risk, score, summary. Advisory only. Admins approve or reject in bulk, and the flagged ones are always at the top.
The week closes itself
Monday 09:00 UTC: timesheets rebuilt from the full week, holiday and leave credits applied, PTO accrued, snapshot taken, everyone emailed. If anything fails, the admins are paged.
A pricing engine, not a spreadsheet
Hourly rate per plan, per-event bonuses, one-off extras, reimbursements, a weekly cap with an overtime policy. Deterministic and versioned: every invoice line records the inputs it was priced from.
One batch, 80+ countries
Wise recipients, quotes and transfers in one approval, reconciled every four hours. Or export a bulk file for the payout provider you already use. Rails are your choice.
Invoices with an audit trail
Per-worker weekly invoices with PDF, approve, void and restore. Signed-off sheets are never rewritten. Evidence that arrives after sign-off becomes a flagged adjustment, never a silent edit.
Time off in the same inbox
Planned and unplanned, paid and unpaid, bereavement. PTO accrues by policy. Requests queue beside corrections and reimbursements so one person clears everything in one sitting.
Support mode, fully audited
Log in as any worker to see exactly what they see. Every action taken that way is recorded as "worker, via admin", so there is never a question about who changed what.
Built with the people who used to close payroll by hand.
Monday used to be a two-day close with a spreadsheet nobody trusted. Now it is a cup of coffee and three approvals.
Hourly plus a per-demo bonus, priced by the engine, paid in one batch. We stopped arguing about hours entirely.
Corrections dropped by about half once people could see their own blocks. The ones that remain come with screenshots.
Give us one team and one Monday.
Connect the tracker and your platform on Tuesday. Watch the week assemble itself. Approve three corrections. Press pay.
